an evening filled with exciting masterworks that will shape the future of the
orchestral tradition. Conducted by Laura
Joella, the orchestra performs the World Premiere of Thomas Sleeper's Bass
Trombone Concerto, featuring bass trombonist David Brubeck; Bedrich Smetana’s
beautiful Moldau from Má Vlast; and Aram Khachaturian’s energetic Suite No. 3
