You may use this site to search for specific events or look for available space without an account.

You are welcome to browse our online reservation system or submit a room request 24 hours a day.  You will receive a response from a University representative within one business day from making your request.

To submit a reservation request and "tentatively hold" your needed space, you must first log in to your VirtualEMS account by clicking "Login" above. If you do not have an account, Click "Login" to request an account using your FAU email address.
You must be either a representative of a Florida Atlantic University Department or a designated Registered Student Organization officer in order to request space online.
